Barsi Gate stands amid the bazaar in the southern part of Hansi and was one of the principal gateways in the outer defensive wall of the Hansi (Asigarh) fort. Built of brick and stone, it is a prominent surviving element of the town's medieval fortifications. It is a protected monument.
