Located at Garhi Sampla-Kiloi, the birthplace of Deenbandhu Sir Chhotu Ram (1881-1945), the site commemorates the agrarian and social reformer through a museum documenting his life and work. A 64-foot bronze statue of Chhotu Ram at Sampla was inaugurated in 2018. The memorial stands beside the Delhi-Rohtak highway.
