Gurudwara Manji Sahib, also called Baoli Sahib, stands on the Grand Trunk Road in Ambala City at the site where the sixth Sikh Guru, Hargobind, is said to have stayed. At his instance a baoli (step-well) was dug for the water-scarce locality, and it survives to this day. It is the most prominent Sikh shrine in the city.
