Khaparwas Wildlife Sanctuary is a roughly 83-hectare wetland near Khaparwas and Chhuchhakwas villages in Jhajjar district, part of the same canal-fed system as neighbouring Bhindawas, about 5 km to its northwest. Notified as a sanctuary in 2009, it draws migratory and resident waterbirds and is popular with birdwatchers and photographers in the winter months. It lies about 80 km west of Delhi.
