St. Thomas Church in Hisar was built between 1860 and 1864 and consecrated in 1865 by the Bishop of Calcutta. Constructed in a Gothic-influenced style, it is associated with the events of the 1857 uprising in Hisar. It is recognised as a heritage monument by the Indian National Trust for Art and Cultural Heritage.
