Near Siwan, north-west of Kaithal, stands a modest brick tomb traditionally identified as the burial place of Razia Sultan, the only woman to rule the Delhi Sultanate, who was killed in 1240 CE. The attribution is debated, with a rival claim in Delhi, but the site is listed among Kaithal's heritage places. It lies close to the Kaithal-Cheeka-Patiala road.
